An historic nineteenth century home just blocks from the origins of the port, Casa Bonita is woven into the fabric of old Mazatlan... but offers all the conveniences for modern relaxation. With art and archaeology museums just up the block, the surf of olas altas a block away, and dining of the Plaza Machada just a few block stroll through narrow old streets,Casa Bonita Invokes what living in Mazatlan is all about.
It maybe down town-with the whole city quickly available on foot or bus,taxi, or Pulmonia-and it may be a strong invocation of old time Mexico with it's high ceilings, tiled floors, art collection,and furnishings, But the Casa is very upto date when it comes to enjoying a stay. The seven bedroom , six bathroom and complete kitchen are totally modern and conveniences like dryer& washing machine,swimming pool, air conditioners,pressure water, barbecue,and cable TV allow guest a comfortable base for explorations, or just a place to experince tropical goofing off in the laid back atmosphere of the wide common salon and poolside patio.

Nightlife, market shopping, walking promenades and beaches are within minutes walk but Casa Bonita is also a center for speacial tours. surfboards are available, and guides take you to your perfect wave, Eco-tours,photography exploration, and bird watching tours are available from prize winning guides. the owners live on premise, offering security, Information ,and contact with the community. Inside the coutyard or just outside the door, Casa Bonita offers you a comfortable, time tested old Mazatlan style of living.
Eco tours and Bird watching tours can be arranged , with one of the best english speaking local guides. (advance reservation with guide is recomended).

Reservation deposit amounting to 300.00US dollars is required 7 days after the reservation is made in US dollars by wire transfer,PAYPAL Or deposit in Bank of America branch in the U.S. (300 USD deposit required for each week) Final payment is due including a $250 refundable damage deposit upon arrival. Reservation deposit is nonrefundable unless I am able to re-rent the house for the same time period. you may reschedule subject to availabilty . 100.00 USD charge on all cancellations
No smoking in house. (outside ok.)

| | | We took 10 teenagers down to Mazatlan and couldn''t have had a better place to stay. This was a repeat trip for the four moms...and we would do it again. Chris and Maritza were a great help and thier house is kept absolutely beautifully. Staying in the old town area was great for the kids, we would let them go out in the evenings as a group with the handheld walkie talkies and never worried about them, but they were never late or far away. Hope to be back again next year for my 50th. |

Our family is deeply appreciative of the opportunity to spend our holidays there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Chris and Maritza went way beyond hosting us and gave us invaluable tips on where to eat, visit, shop, and generally relax. | | | Can''t say enough! Loved your home. The swimming pool was so refreshing. I enjoyed the ability to jump in for my morning swim and not having to share it with hotel guests. I especially liked the privacy.
I enjoyed our walks in the evening to the water front to see the sunset! Being a block from the sunset is terrific. the culture is so laid back and the beaches so clean and beautiful. Can;t wait till the next visit.
