Wonderful 2 bedroom with Huge Private use Pool

This incredible 2 bedroom Casa de la Rosa II.
This two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath ( 1 with bath & shower, 1 with shower, and 1 powder room)private Mexican-style condo-villa has incredible views of the ocean, a huge terrace with full bar and a private pool perfect for total relaxation!

This condo is perfect for honeymoon couples looking for a beautiful Mexican experience in the best area of Puerto Vallarta.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has brightly colored tiled walls. Floors are marble with inlaid terrezo designs. The master bedroom suite has a king bed with ensuite bath with circular tiled tub. (Bathroom remodeled 2005)Second bedroom has a double bed and an ocean view.

There is maid service 6 days a week. Our maid currently takes Sunday off (plus all Mexican holidays, which can be numerous). She sweeps, mops, cleans counters/sinks and will do LIGHT dishes, removes trash, ensures bottle water is adequate, etc. Towels washed every 3rd day and bed linens once a week. We provide dish soap, bar soap, toilet paper.

There are 24 (or 26) units total among 5 buildings. Our building is at the cliff side, facing the water and has 6 units. Our unit is on the lowest (ground) level. It requires going down 2 flights of stairs after entering the building. There is one short set of stairs (about 8 risers) between the upper parking area and the entrance to our building.

Located just 1 kilometer south of P.V. allows for a liesurley walk to town along the beach. Access does have alot of stairs as it does overlook the Ocean as seen in the photos.

There are two parking areas: one at the building entrances (upper)and one down below the complex. During the season, the upper lot is reserved for owners only, so guests must park down below. There is a funicular (tram) that brings one up from the lower lot to the upper lot. Guests may park in the upper lot only to load and unload their vehicles. The lower lot is pretty well lit and is shared by a neighboring condo.
