For more than 70 years the Delaware Inn, an AAA approved establishment, has welcomed and delighted guests, making it one of the oldest and continuously operating bed and breakfasts in Rehoboth Beach. Located one-and-a-half blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Avenue, the inn is just steps to the towns sandy white beaches and many fine restaurants, clubs, shops and boutiques.
The inn is decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The common rooms are in country colonial, with a cedar-beamed ceiling adorning a collection of straw baskets, dried flowers, and country herbs.
For your comfort, the inn has central air conditioning and heating. We also have off street parking. Whether you are celebrating your anniversary or birthday or just want to get away for the weekend, we are here to serve you. We are also available for family reunions, business meetings, weddings, and other group events. We can accommodate up to 26 people.
In the morning, a deluxe continental breakfast of juice, coffee, seasonal fruit, and home made bread and muffins is served on our large, screened, sun-filled porch. Before you head out to the beach, you may want to take a leisurely ride through town on our bicycles. Perhaps youll stop at the Body Shop Fitness Center, located on the boardwalk, where youll enjoy the benefits of the Delaware Inns corporate membership. Or, you may simply want to browse for a good book in our extensive paperback collection or may even want to play a board game.
To make your day at the beach as pleasant as possible, we offer our guests beach chairs, towels and other supplies on a first come, first serve basis. At 5:00, you'll be greeted with a wine & cheese social hour. Its a great way to relax with old friends and meet new ones.

Deposits refunded with a ten-day advance notice of cancellation less a $25 handling fee
Posted rates are for double occupancy and do not include state lodging tax.
Additional person in accommodating rooms is $25 per evening.

Check-out time: 11:00 am
In-season weekends require a minimum stay of two nights.
Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of three nights.
One parking space per room.
Children over 12 welcomed.
