As you cross the stream, feel the mist of Cumberland Falls enter your soul. The simple character of the house is from the turn of the century. Our Inn is the perfect place to cater to, from reunions in our elegant home, to a casual party by the waterfalls & gardens.
Our home is casual and elegant. Feel the richness of the original quilted maple woodwork which adorns the foyer. It is reminiscent of the craftsmanship of yesteryear. The living room has bay windows and 10 foot ceilings. You could describe this room as eclectic from the camel leather sofa to the tapestry high-back chairs. Pick a book off of the shelf and take a seat by the original wood burning fireplace; or enjoy the view of the gardens from the unique sun room.
This area is a mecca for white water rafting, hiking, skiing at Wolf Laurel, Snow Shoe, Sugar Mountain & other resorts. A short drive away is the Cherokee Indian reservation & the Cherokee Casino, gambling, trout fishing, fly fishing & camping areas. A turn of the century home, this bed and breakfast is located in the historic Montford district, six blocks to downtown, three miles to Biltmore Estate.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
A fifty percent deposit is required in order to hold a room. Deposits made by personal check must be received within 7 days after reservations are made.
A refund of this deposit minus a $35 service charge will be made if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your reservation date.If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date, then you will be charged half the nightly room rate, unless we can rent the room.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your reservation date, you will be charged the total room rate.
Note: For holidays, leaf season and special events, if the cancellation is made within 30 days of your reservation date, and we cannot rent the room, you will be charged half the nightly room rate. However, deposits will be refunded if we can rent the room, minus a $35 service charge.
Check in time is between 3pm and 6pm, check out is at 11am.
There is a $35 fee for an extra person in the room.
Please, no children under 10.
