Enjoy a wonderful, low cost Caribbean
vacation at our House in the Hills on the
beautiful East Coast of Puerto Rico.
NEW SWIMMING POOL: We have recently installed a large, private
swimming pool enclosed in a very private, garden courtyard. The
pool is large enough for six adults or an entire family to enjoy at
one time. It has lighting for night-time swims and is a
wonderful addition to this cheerful home. Photos of the pool will
be on our web site in early December 2006, when the pool
project is 100% complete.
Our three bedroom vacation home comfortably
accommodates parties of up to 6 people (up to 8 with cots) in a
modern, cheerful, and relaxed tropical setting.
Convenient to many beautiful beaches, world
class golf courses, El Yunque Rainforest--a
US Park with an informative visitor center, day
trips to remote islands, resorts & casinos,
world class snorkeling and scuba diving, as
well as the vibrant and the historic city of San
Juan, Casa de Loma can make your dream
vacation both comforatable and affordable!
Casa de Loma is in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico
(See Map at: www.prvacationhome.com). Las
Piedras is a modern rural community high in
the hills just west of the city of Humacao...just
an easy, a forty-five minute drive from San
Juan's international airport. It is situated more
than 1000 feet above sea level, overlooking
striking vistas, including rugged mountain
ridges, pasture lands and neighborhoods of
Caribbean/Spanish architecture. The surroundings are lush,
verdant and tropical. Palms, citrus trees and
yucca plants abide. Flowering bougainvillea,
poinsettia, flamboyant and hibiscus color the
hillsides. On a clear morning, as you descend
the hill to town, your views will include
spectacular vistas of the rainforest summits.

Unlike many destinations in the Caribbean,
Mexico or Central America, Puerto Rico is an
easy place to visit. While you are in a
Caribbean paradise with a different culture
and language, much about the island is

**Weekly rate applies to any consecutive
seven night stay.
Any additional days are charged at the
daily rate of $190.
Reservations require a non-refundable
deposit equal to 50% rental fee. A $500
refundable security deposit and balance of the
rental fee must be received 14 days before
occupancy.
Holiday Rates December 15--January 7.
