Casa Feliz is a traditional colonial home located at the very heart of San Miguel - one of Mexico's most picturesque towns - just steps away from the theatre, the museum, the library and the central park.

Step out of the front door onto the charming cobbled streets of a by-gone era. Shop in the neighborhood for Mexican crafts, clothes and foods, or sample the many excellent restaurants that offer a wide choice of international menus. Best of all - take an evening stroll in the delightful park - El Jardin - where Mexican families gather to chat, play, sample the excellent snacks offered by local vendors, and listen to the musicians who perform nightly under the stars.

Casa Feliz's four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms provide adequately for most groups. Its spacious living room, with three seating areas, a gaming corner, TV, VCR, telephone, books and games, as well as a dining area for up to 12 people, serves equally well as a cozy respite from busy sight-seeing days and as an elegant place in which to entertain your guests. High speed cable access to the Internet allows you to keep up with your business and correspondence (access for stays of one month or more only).

The private patio is a delightful spot in which to read, draw or just sunbathe, while the roof-top garden offers 360-degree views of the surrounding hills and a wonderfully relaxed spot from which to enjoy your evening Margarita..

Magdalena, the maid, is an excellent cook, much treasured by the many visitors who have sampled her vast repertoire of Mexican specialties. A local manager with offices on the same street is readily available should there be any problems or sudden emergencies. Sight-seeing tours and transportation from and to local airports can be arranged via a recommended agent.

ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION
Casa Feliz rents out weekly from Saturday to Saturday unless by special arrangement, or monthly at 10% reduced rate. Arrival time on Saturday may be no earlier than 12pm. Check out time on Saturday is no later than 10am.

Weekly rates dependent upon the season and total number of guests. $500 security deposit required. rates payable by wire or credit card only plus relevant charges. 5% hotel tax added.

SEASON INFORMATION
The main season in San Miguel is December 15 through March, and July and August. The slow season is April, May, June, September, October and December 1 - 15.

It's always spring-time in San Miguel, with cool mornings and evenings and hot, sunny days most of the time. In the winter months, temperatures may sink to 50 degrees - but rarely lower. Casa Feliz is always kept cozy and warm with gas and wood fires, electric heaters and electric blankets when necessary.
