Cancellation Policy: 14 days advance notice minus $10.00 handling fee. If within 14 days, 50% of the nightly rate is retained unless we are able to rebook the room (less $10.00 handling fee). Day of cancellations: 100% of room rate is retained. Please inquire regarding cancellation policy when renting the entire house.
Reservations Confirmation: We will confirm your reservation within approximately 24 hours. Availability of a particular room is usually
accurate, but please wait for your confirmation.
Additional Information: Check-In Time is 4:00 - 6:00 pm on the day of your reservation. You must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. No pets are allowed in rooms.
