Situated in southern paradise, this well maintained apartment is set on the edge of a coconut grove, with over 30 palm trees swaying in the breeze of our manicured landscaping. Our complex is the premier property in the area. The 24 units are individually owned by Canadians and Americans. Relax amongst hand carved furniture, tile floors, A/C and ceiling fans. Take a refreshing dip in our pool. Sunbath on ample lounge chairs. Read or relax in the shade under our large palapa where tables, chairs, and electricity provide an area for fish frys, birthday parties, card games, visiting or enjoying a home cooked snack, meal or beverage. Use the gas BBQ. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED!
Located 16 miles from Manzanillo Airport, or come in from Puerto Vallarta or Guadalajara, in the delightful beach town of Barra de Navidad, situated on the estuary of a tropical lagoon and the warm coastal waters of the Pacific Ocean. The area is known for warm surf, fine golden sand and some of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. This quaint cobblestoned village is a safe and peaceful fishermans paradise.
Our condo is located where it is calm and serene. The town amenities are within a 4 to 6 block walking distance or $2.00 Taxi ride. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, excellent restaurants, shopping, food stores, bars & entertainment, fishing, children's water park,etc.
Residents generally stay one to five months. We try to accommo4date one week rentals and can put you in touch with other owners. Our unit boasts ENGLISH Satellite TV, DVD, 2 bikes(to be maintained by renters at inexpensive bike shop) The fully equipped kitchen was enhanced with new cabinets & tiling recently. A double sink, and eating bar were added to the frost free frig, microwave, 4 burner stove, oven, toaster oven, blender, coffee machine and grinder, corning dishes for 8, cooler, plastic picnic supplies and more. Both baths have roomy tiled showers with glass doors, plenty of gas hot water and linens. A queen size beauty rest graces the masterbedroom, while twin beds can be pushed together to form a king size in the second bedroom. Some units have a King luxury mattress. (Promise No $49 MX mattress on concrete)
Become a beach aficionados and visit several neighboring beaches that are reached by walking, biking, bus, taxi or boat tours. Snorkling, bogey boarding, hiking, biking, swimming, well priced deep sea fishing, bird and wild life watching on the lagoon, jungle cruise, alligator feeding, tennis and golf, art classes, Spanish lessons, shopping are some of the activities near by. World class golf offered at El Tamarindo, Grande Bay and Las Hadas. Deciding which economical, delicious restaurant to grace is all the stress you will encounter. Watching sunset over the ocean is the best! After all this, relaxing around the pool often wins out.
