This cottage is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula in the Rookery Development. Fort Morgan is a family area that has few condos with large areas of public beach access. The cottage is in a new development that creates a feeling of a past time with pastel wooden exteriors, tin roofs, pine floors,and wooden sidewalks. This cottage is a duplex with the shared cottage behind the unit.
The main pool is a beautiful area with an infant friendly endless side, which is very close to the unit. In addition, it is an outdoor heated pool that can be enjoyed almost year around. There is a tennis court and outdoor grilling area. You can walk to the public beach area, which is less than a mile. If you enjoy fishing, you will enjoy the Fort Morgan area. You can saltwater fish in the Gulf of Mexico or fish in the Mobile Bay, which has a boat launch area only a couple of miles from the cottage.

$275 deposit is required to reserve the property. Payment due in full within 30 days of arrival date.
Cancellations: Any cancellations prior to 30 days from the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the $25 administration fee.
NO REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen cancellations.
