Looking out above it all and across beautiful Camden Harbor; this property is right in Camden village. Recently finished, this rental is the well appointed top floor of a duplex property on the corner of Sea Street and Atlantic Avenue is in the very desirable Sea Street part of town with shopping and restaurants just across the harbor. Next door to the property is the world-famous Camden Amphitheater Park and Library. The numerous conveniences help make this a true destination property.
Tastefully decorated throughout, this property is a great alternative to staying at a hotel or inn for the week. The layout is that of an open plan design with views of the harbor and town from all the main rooms. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and an island with seating for six at the bar counter. The large open living room includes cable TV with a DVD player, wireless internet access and comfortable couches and chairs for socializing and reminiscing about the days activities.
There is one King-sized bedroom with large en-suite bathroom boasting a double vanity, toilet, separate shower, and large tub. The second bedroom is Queen-sized. This second bedroom features en-suite toilet, tub with hand shower, and vanity.
A shared gas grill is available by the garden. There is parking for three cars.

| | | July 2009: The only suggestion is that your pictures of the property do not do it justice! We loved everything about the property especially the kitchen as I love to cook. The only problem we had was the fan in the living room didn't work but it wasn't warm enough to use it and we did leave a message about it and a note along with a couple of other things and On the Water in Maine took care of the issues right away - we'd rent this property again.
