This spacious home is right next door (north) to one of the Oregon State Parks and sits on a dramatic piece of the Churn on the Yachats Ocean Road. The green grass leads to tide pools and rocks with a short walk on the park road to a large sandy beach where the Yachats River meets the ocean. It is a very short walk to the town of “Gem of the Oregon Coast”, Yachats, where there are many eateries and quaint shops of various types. Home has a fenced yard for pets and a propane-powerered generator that comes on automatically in the event of a power outage. This home offers all of the amenities of comfortable living with a fully equipped Kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, coffee grinder, and dining area with incredible views. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace to keep warm by and enjoy the new 55” HD/TV. Direct TV (200 Channels), and Comcast cable TV as well. There is WIFI/DSL for the working vacationer.There is plenty of seating for everyone and pet friendly as well. You will be able to watch the breaking waves from living and dining areas (you`re just 50-feet from water breaking over the churn from the dining area), as well as some wave action from the master bedroom. We require a $300.00 prepayment at the time of reservation on a major credit/debit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Reservation canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfiet the $300.00 prepayment. There will be a $50.00 cancelation fee for reservation canceled more than 30 day prior to your arrival date.
This home has a $50.00 cleaning fee.
