This newly constructed mother in law unit is located between Tahoe City and Kings Beach in Agate Bay. It is very comfortable with new furnishings and a full kitchen. Summer amenities include the Agate Bay Sun Club pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and pier. In winter time you are conveniently located between Northstar and Squaw Valley ski resorts. There are plenty of great restaurants within a couple of minutes including Garwoods, Lanzas, Sanchos, CB’s Pizza and the Old Post Office. The North Shore casinos are just a short ten minute drive.
The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a sunny south facing deck with BBQ.
This guest unit is private with no shared walls with the main house. Well behaved house dogs are welcome.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call collect. There is no charge for local calls.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our new guests.
