Come stay at Captain Dave`s for fabulous fishing and incredible water views. Situated on 3 landscaped acres along Copano Bay, this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers beautiful sunsets, great fishing, and peaceful surroundings. Catch redfish, trout, flounder, black drum, sheepshead, and blue crabs from the private, lighted 200 ft fishing pier. Captain Dave`s sits on 3 acres of palm and mesquite tree covered land along Copano Bay. Meander down the path to the bay and cool off under the 12x20 covered cabana. The 200 ft., private fishing pier has a 30ft t-head and a 1000 watt above water green light. Captain Dave says a reef runs in front of the pier for fantastic fishing. You can also wade fish or kayak and Captain Dave has his own set of fishing tips available at the house!
Captain Dave`s is newly remodeled and decorated with coastal charm. This single story home has exposed beam ceilings in the living room which opens into the brand new kitchen. Dine on the screened in porch or on the rooftop deck overlooking Copano Bay. Enjoy satellite TV or DVDs when you are not fishing.
The master bedroom and bathroom are in the main house and offer a comfy king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa. Across the courtyard is another spacious bedroom with 2 full size beds, a second bathroom, and another TV. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room so that Captain Dave`s will sleep up to 10 people.

| | | "We have had a fantastic time here at Capt. Dave's. The first two evenings of fishing were slow, but our third night proved "worth the wait". Only two keepers but, wow! 1st - 33" about 25lb redfish (we compared it to our 20 month old daughter and it was bigger!) 2nd - 24" redfish! They put up one heck of a fight! On the last night the sea blessed us with 15 speckled trout between 15-17 inches. The house was lovely, very cozy and well stocked!...We will look forward to returning!" |
