arrangements have been made.)
We require a $300.00 prepayment at the time of reservation on a major credit/debit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Reservation canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfiet the $300.00 prepayment. There will be a $50.00 cancelation fee for reservation canceled more than 30 day prior to your arrival date.
This home has a $85.00 cleaning fee, $20.00 reservation fee and a 10% tax.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME!
If signs of pets are found by housekeeping, you will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
