This four bedroom/two bath Lake Tahoe vacation rental is located on a quiet street, backs up to the forest, and has a secluded deck setting with a hot tub. The downstairs has two bedrooms and one bath along with the kitchen, living room, and dining room that are open to one another plus plus there is an extra family room the man cave with an extra TV & DVD for kids, etc. The living room has a large 54 flat screen tv, gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture appointments. The upstairs features two spacious bedrooms and a hall bathroom. In the summer, guests can walk to the Agate Bay tennis courts and Tahoe Rim Trail.

North Tahoe Ski Leases: The cabin has been ski leased from Jan 5, 2013 to May 5, 2013. You can view terms and conditions and application for ski leases and winter information & activities.
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this north shore vacation home a few houses away from the Belding Dog Friendly Vacation Rental Home and about 5 houses away from the Bagley/Horn Vacation Cabin.
All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
There are a lot of events/concerts and more going in Lake Tahoe during the year and guests can View North Lake Tahoe Event Schedule

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our Lake Tahoe vacation rental homes. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the vacation rental home and ski lease beautiful for our incoming guests.
