All rates are plus 12% tax.
$200 non-refundable reservation Deposit required. This is applied to the total amount due. The full amount is due 30 days in advance.
There will be a $500 refundable security deposit due upon arrival.
Pool Heat is available Oct-April at $150 weekly and $35 Daily.
There is a cleaning fee on stays of less than 6 nights.
There is a 4 night minimum during the low & high season and a 7 night minimum during the peak season.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, personal & certified checks as well as money orders.
There will be a $25 reservation fee added to all reservations.
Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM.
SPECIAL TERMS:
Low & High season special: Receive a free rental car with any 7 night or longer reservation. The rental car is the economy size car that can be upgraded to which ever size you need. The special pays for the rental only. Taxes and any insurance needed will be paid at the rental car counter. The rental will be through Enterprise Rental Car. The rental location is just off the airport with a free shuttle that picks you up just outside baggage claim. You will receive the rental voucher once the reservation is paid in full. If you do not need the free rental car we can discount your reservation by $150 instead. Rental Car Promo available on direct bookings only. No other discounts will apply.
