| | | The unit was absolutely perfect. Wonderful views, impeccable finishing's, and world class pool. The folks at Great Vacation Retreats were our saviors. We had been dealing with Signature Kauai who at best are horribly disorganized and at worst fraudsters. We arrived at Koloa Landing at 10:30pm with our town young children tired after a 6 hour flight, although excited about our vacation. We were greeted at check-in with "we have no record of your reservation”. This is after we had paid for our stay in full. The resort was able to accommodate us for the night, but after that we were on our own. The next morning Linda contacted us from Great Vacation Retreats and saved us last minute. She was so generous and helpful that she turned our nightmare into a dream. Although our problem was not theirs they took ownership of this horrible experience and turned it around for us. I cannot recommend this unit and the outstanding service of the folks at Great Vacation Retreats enough. |
