Regency Villas is a luxurious greenbelt property with air conditioning on the popular sunny South Shore of Kauai. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. There is also a second full size bathroom. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and surround sound stereo system. A very popular walking path is just out the front door. Enjoy walking in the beautiful gardens, take in the ocean view and, within 5-10 minutes, you will be at the world famous Poipu Beach. Walk for 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction and you will find yourself at the Grand Hyatt Resort, which boasts a first class spa and restaurants.
