Regency Villas is a luxurious greenbelt property with air conditioning on the popular sunny South Shore of Kauai! The condos have top of the line furnishings, appliances and decor - add to that an amazing location and you have the recipe for a wonderful vacation. Located in the Poipu Kai resort and built in 2005 with only quality in mind, from the Subzero refrigerator to the 9-foot ceilings. This condo has an open floor plan, office nook and sunken living room. The master bedroom has a large master bath with double sinks, walk-in shower with two shower heads, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. There is a king bed, television and lanai off this room. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. There is also a second full size bathroom. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and surround sound stereo system. A very popular walking path is just out the front door. Enjoy walking amongst the beautiful gardens, take in the ocean view and, within 5-10 minutes, you will be at the world famous Poipu Beach. Walk for 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction and you will find yourself at the Grand Hyatt Resort, which boasts a first class spa and restaurants. | | | Our unit was beautiful!!! Larger than we had anticipated. Everything was brand new, stocked with everything we could need. The two headed shower with separate jacuzzi tub was also a huge bonus especially after hiking the napali coast. Would definitely stay here again. |

| | | This condo was beautiful, with a great location close to all the beaches, hotels, and other attractions. The a/c, TV, appliances and fixtures worked great, all except for the refrigerator, which died while we were on a day trip resulting in the loss of $200 in groceries. The manager was very helpful and accommodating in getting repairs started and providing coolers to store our remaining groceries, which we greatly appreciated. However it is just something to keep in mind for future guests- the appliances might not be that reliable. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

| | | Other than an ocean view this place has everything. We stayed 14 nights and I could have stayed longer. We used
the grill, which was right outside our door, almost every night and most days for lunch. The condo was well equiped
and we left some extras behind for the next lucky campers.

| | | It was a beautiful place. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit too cold, but overall it was worth the value. It was a short walk to Brenneke's beach, easy access to Poipu village and many eating places plus a short drive to Koala town. I highly recommend this place to stay! I would say here again.
