| | Lou was wonderful and helped us out the minute our plane arrived in Kaui. We were picked up at the airport and given directions on where to shop and what to see on the island. Once we arrived at Pp105 we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a beautiful condo. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the beach. The path down to the beach was a big undertaking but once you made it down you were not going back up to soon. Of course once on the beach you would not want to leave. I loved the snorkeling right off the beach. The beach is very private and peaceful.
If I had to say anything bad it would be the patio or lack of it. There were only pastic chairs to sit on to enjoy the ocean view.
We were both very sad when we had to leave the condo. I plan on coming back to stay at this condo again soon. |

| | Beautiful spacious condo, with stunning views. Don't be put off by the plastic chairs on the patio. The location is beautiful. The hike to hideaways beach is a little treacherous, so if you want to play it safe or have small kids, head over to St Regis to go to the beach. There are stairs. |

| | This really is a beautiful condo. Very clean and well decorated. We stayed for 2 weeks which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the property, pool and the beach below (Hideaways Beach).
Amy at Great Vacation Retreats was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to using this condo next year!

| | Pu'u Poa 105 is a beautiful condo and was just remodeled in 2008. You cannot go wrong staying in #105.
What made our stay even better was working with Amy and Kim of Great Vacation Retreats. They were awesome to work with... professional, efficient and really focused on meeting our needs. I would rent from Great Vacation Retreats again without hesitation.

| | What a great place to stay. The unit was very well equipped and we really appreciated the snorkel equipment. The place was immaculate when we arrived and it met all our expectations. The only downside of this unit is that it does not have a big patio area like the upper floors. So if you want to relax in the sun you really have to go to the pool area to get a nice comfortable chair. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

| | My fiance and I stayed at Puu Poa 105 for 10 days. The setting is stunning, the beach just down the hill is absolutely breathtaking and the condo itself is gorgeous. Air conditioning would have been nice, but their are high speed fans in every room for circulation so we were quite comfortable. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation including snorkeling gear, beach chairs and mats. We would go back in a minute!!!

| | Puu Poa #105 was a beautiful room. Everything remodeled with high quality materials and furniture. My two girls felt at home. The location was great. However, not on the beach (but there are few, if any places to stay on the beach in Princeville area). Many beaches are within walking distance or a short drive. The property is small and private. Nice pool, but nothing fancy. This is a good place to stay if you want privacy and relaxation.

| | We have visited the North Shore of Kauai every couple of years for the past 14 years. In our visits we have stayed in different condos, the Princeville Resort, Hanalai Bay Resort, and even a friend's home in Hanalai. Pu'u Poa105 was certainly one of the best places we have stayed. We felt very comfortable including my 3 year old daughter. We got the combination of luxury, comfort and location.
Amy was very helpful and responsive when making arrangements.
The only comment I would make to improve was the pool wasn't too fun for children, but we spent most of our time at the beautiful beaches.

| | We were very impressed with the quality and location of Puu Poa 105. The interior of the condo is beautiful and very spacious. The only drawback is the lack of a usable lanai - it's very small. However, we did enjoy walking out onto the grass at sunset.

| | Our stay at unit 105 was very nice. It was furnished very tastefully. There was more room than we needed, but it was nice to be able to have the space. A great value for the money. Our only misgiving was that in the livingroom areas (there are two) consisting of the main section as well as a separate sitting area on the right as you enter, there was little or no overhead lighting especially in the sitting room, where there was no overhead fan. September was a very hot month and we could have used some air flow, as there were no sea breezes. We only had small floor lamps with rather dim bulbs to read by. Secondly the sliding screens in the sitting room would not stay in the track and allowed a very large centipede to get in. Got rid of it without knowing how painfull their sting can be. But overall, this community is one of the best values for a stay on this absolutely beautiful island.

| | What a beautiful and tastefully decorated condo, spacious and overall perfect for either a honeymooning couple (us) or a family vacation. It had everything we could want. The ground floor location was really nice for our strolls on to the lawn to sit bluff side to catch both sunrises and sunsets and Hideaways Beach below. It was fun, active, relaxing, and romantic. | | We stayed at Puu Poa 105 in late april 2011. Our family has vacationed on Kauai many times over the last twenty years. We have stayed at many different condos on Kauai. Puu Pao 105 is hands down the nicest condo we have ever stayed at in Kauai and Hawaii in general. The condo and the complex is beautiful. The condo is spacious, very clean, and extremely nicely decorated. We really felt at home. This place has it all. We really liked the ground floor location. It has great ocean views(We saw a lot of whales), great yard and pool area right out the sliding door and a super location. During our stay we enjoyed walks/hikes. Hideaways beach was right in our back yard and has some of the best snorkeling in Kauai. Also, the beautiful Saint Regis Hotel is a few hundred yards away and has amazing views and is a nice place for brunch, dinner and drinks. We loved this condo and we had a great time! We wish we had found this condo sooner. We defiantly will be back!
