| | This is a second floor unit so we had a very nice view of the ocean. Although the picture in the ad looks 'canned' it is actually a true representation of the view from the balcony.The unit is well equipped with almost anything you need, however it is very dated. We stayed in a timeshare unit for 2 weeks prior to moving in here and those units have been completely renovated. 7201 has new appliances, but still has carpet rather than laminate. Although we preferred the other units we would still stay in this unit again. The complex is lovely and the service from Great Vacations was excellent. |

| | This was such a wonderful place! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I spent the week at The Cliffs and was really impressed with the location, cleanliness, attention to detail provided by this unit. They thought of everything in making our stay amenable and comfortable. I absolutely enjoyed the facilities and amenities provided by The Cliffs- to include tennis and basketball courts, concierge services, and pool/jacuzzi. I took advantage of all of these things! I loved the unit's livingroom, bedroom, and kitchen, and I was so sad to leave when the time came. Ms. Lynn Hufschmid was such a lovely person for allowing us to stay in this unit, and the GVR representatives (namely Christina) were wonderful during scheduling of various activities. I've already made up my mind to return to Kauai in the near future, and would definitely stay at this unit again. |

| | "This Condo Is a True Gem!!"
This huge, one-bedroom, two bath condo has views from two separate lanais, one from the living area toward a breath-taking view of the ocean and the view of the mountains from the lanai in the bedroom. Much detail has been given to the comfort of the guest, from wonderful body wash, shampoo & conditioners, hair dryers in both baths, new appliances, and wonderful living area & dining area with comfortable furnishings. Every direction you turn in this condo has a view!! The grounds are exceptional with a large, tropical pool with waterfalls, a hammock overlooking the ocean, gas grills, and chairs for just watching the waves from the cliffs. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular!! We didn't want to leave and will definitely return!

| | Felt like staying in a friends apartment. Living room overlooks small parking lot. Bedroom overlooks a parking lot. No privacy if lights on at night due to see thru blinds (yes I stood in parking lot to check). Couch was comfy. Relaxing location. Enjoyed overall quietness of the Cliffs, there's a huge hammock nearby which is very peaceful . We enjoyed the pool, two pools seperated with lava rock so we had one side all to ourselves. Hot tub was also private. Gvr was awesome to work with and I highly recommend them. They helped us out with the issues we had and were extremely accomodating. |

| | "Great views and great condo"
You won't find a better view than this locations. Walk out the Lanai off the Living room and you are looking at the Pacific Ocean. Walk out the lanai off the bedroom and you are looking at the mountains. Great stuff for the beach in the closet! Open the sliding doors at night and the breeze will make you sleep like a baby. The BBQ on the cliff is a great place to cook fish or steaks. The only negative is Princeville is a long way from most things so be prepared for a drive each day, but the drive is beautiful!

Everything went smoothly, The sponsored activities were good and gave of a chance to meet guests, The condo had a great view of the ocean, was a convenient location and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils. All in all a great place to stay.

This was a vacation of a lifetime for me. The condo was absolutely perfect; it truly was home away from home! The views of the mountain from the bedroom and the water views from the kitchen and living areas were fabulous.
I loved all the windows and since this is an end unit, it felt like having the outdoors in. The front and back porches were an added bonus.
Amy, you and your staff are the best! Like the title states, my stay was Par Excellence! Mahalo!

| | "Celebrated our 40th!"
Loved it--the condo was beautiful and clean. Location was awesome--we simply adored the north end--Princeville (had our anniversary dinner at the St. Regis deck restaurant--breathtaking) was a great little place and Hanalei is a fun place to eat and shop. The north shore beaches were awesome. Having the car, snorkel and condo all supplied in one arrangement was very convenient. The agent was super.
