This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is well-decorated with dark rattan sofas. Three bedrooms are in separate pavilions, the fourth one is on the lower level of the main house. A wooden deck surrounds the heated pool (winter only) with comfortable and large sitting open areas. There is a barbecue area with both charcoal and gas grills, sink and outside shower. A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean. You can rent Villa Romanche as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa, as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa or as a four bedroom and four bathroom villa.

	POOL: The pool measures 32.81 x 13.12 ft. and is surrounded by a nice wooden deck. The pool is heated only during the winter months. It is well-exposed to the sun all day long. Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.

The second bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, a safe, a CD player, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The third bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, a safe, a CD player, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The fourth bedroom is a spacious studio located on the lower level of the main villa. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe, a small kitchen with a fridge, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.
	LIVING ROOM / Dining room: The living room opens onto the terrace with a pool and over the view on St Jean bay. A second open living and dining room is closer to the pool. You will find a ceiling fan, a television with the French satellite (Canal Sat) and the American satellite (Direct TV), a DVD player, a fax machine and a high speed internet access with wireless.
	KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully-equipped for 8 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, dishwasher, an iron and an ironing board and on the terrace a charcoal and a gas barbecue.
