This is a large, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 master suite vacation home. The heated pool, hot tub, and patio have a private waterfront location.
Disney is about a 3-5 minute drive, Universal Studios & Sea World are about a 15 minute drive, Busch Gardens is about a 30 minute drive and the ocean is 45-60 minute drive.
All linens and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs. There is a shopping plaza about a mile away which has restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba''s and Giordano''s Italian restaurants, Subway and Dairy Queen, a medical care facility and a drug store.

1. This property has a $95 clean fee.
2. $250 reservation deposit to hold the unit. (non-refundable)
3. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
4. $500 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival. This is released 14 days after departure with no damage to the home.
5. Check in time is after 4 PM, check out is no later than 10 AM.
6. No refunds with in 6 weeks of arrival.
7. No pets and no smoking inside property.
8. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on a sleeper sofa if present.
9. The spa is heated at no charge. Pool heat is $25/day or $150/wk.
