From June 1 to August 31 each summer, our house becomes a very special San Diego summer vacation rental.
The great thing about our vacation rental home in San Diego is that were in a very special spot. If you are familiar with the Mission Beach area, you will probably recognize this right away. But if you are not, let us explain.
San Diegos Mission Bay is separated from Mission Beach on the Pacific Ocean by a long thin strip of land. Toward the middle/south of this strip is the Belmont Park rollercoaster and amusement area. Toward the north is Pacific Beachs Garnet Street area, with lots of shops and restaurants. Add to that, of course, beaches on both sides of a 4-block-wide strip of land, and you have got a spot that can satisfy just about anyone who wants a great San Diego vacation rental.
You want to be where we are -- a few houses in on a quiet court, south-facing for the sunshine, of course. Windemere if one of just three longer courts (essentially, sidewalks) that allow you to be nestled away from the hustle and bustle, yet walk right out to the beach or down to a beachfront restaurant easily. We really think that if you are looking for a family vacation rental in the San Diego area, we have got just about the best location you can find.
