Villa Marbella is a luxurious Mexican style home located in the exclusive Conchas Chinas district of Puerto Vallarta. Enter the antique wooden doors and be transported into a magical setting. The magnificent view of the Bay of Banderas catches your attention immediately. The open architecture of the living room brings the wonderful view right into the house. You notice the tasteful furniture and beautiful handicrafts, imported from throughout Mexico. Fresh ocean breezes invigorate and cool you. High ceilings impart a feeling of freedom and comfort.
Villa Marbella offers 10,000 square feet of living area, and is one of the largest houses in Puerto Vallarta. It was designed and
constructed in 1997, and features wrought ironworks, stained glass windows, and hand-painted tiles. The family room is equiped with a 35 television, a DVD player and house library of 30 DVD's, and a CD/tape/radio player.
Villa Marbella offers eight spacious bedrooms, and can accomodate 16 adults in luxury. All bedrooms have fantastic ocean views and balconies. Seven of the bedrooms have private
attached bathrooms. There are seven king sized beds and one queen sized bed. Each room also has an individual air conditioner, ample closet space, a ceiling fan, and a lockable safe.
Villa Marbella features a stunning view of the Bay of Banderas. The house is perched on a hillside several hundred feet above the ocean, and offers a 270 degree view up and down the
coastline. Los Arcos can be seen on the left horizon, and Punta de Mita can be seen on the right. Watch the fishing boats go out at the break of dawn as you breakfast from the patio. Enjoy the glittering sunset as you supper. The view will take your breath away.
The deck has ample space for sunbathing or relaxing. If you are observant, you may catch sight of a pod of dolphins or whales making their way down the coast.

Check, Money Order, Paypal. Room rates include house rental, staff of 3 (cook, maid, butler), and 17% Mexican lodging tax. The security
deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.

| | | We were recommended this house by a
friend who had stayed there before. and we
were not disappointed, as we were there to
celebrate my dad''s 60th birthday party. He
could not believe his eyes, and it was a great
value as we all split the rental fee. It takes
half an hour just to explore the whole house!

| | | This is truly a 5 story, 8 bedroom mansion. We
just swam in the pool and sunned ourselves the
whole time and gorged ourselves on
guacamole, margharitas, and steak fajitas!! We
also saw tons of dolphins swimming in the bay.
