$500 security deposit is required
Security deposit refunded a week after departure after
inspections and cleaning.
Balance is due 3 weeks prior to check-in.
We accept cash, bank wire, cashiers check and credit cards
accepted throug PayPal.
$25 per person charge per night when over 4 people staying.
Daily/weekly maid service can be made available.
$125 exit cleaning fee.
14% local city tax
Bikes available for $50 per week
