This 1899 vintage home with wrought iron railings and much Southern charm won an historic district award. Easy access from Bryan and Houston Steets to this ground floor accommodation. This home was the photographic backdrop for a national automobile advertisement appearing in Fortune, Esquire, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest, and The New Yorker (among others) in 2004 and 2005.

LIVING AREA - Entertain friends, family, or guests in our Great Room with oversized bar, dining space, and seating area. Great room amenities include natural oak hardwood floor, Oriental carpet, fireplace, double doors, and many works of art found throughout.

BATH, KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY - Fully appointed kitchen includes 6-burner commercial grade stove, microwave, dishwasher, and combination washer dryer. Both bathrooms features a walk-in shower.

SLEEPING AREAS - The master bedroom suite consists of a king bed, television, and a full bath with a large walk-in shower. The back bedroom has two beds, a queen and twin, with the second bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door. The wicker couch in the great room has a custom-made foam seating area, suitable for sleeping for a child or small adult when the back cushions are removed and linens put on it. For returning guests visualizing the layout from their pre-2012 visit, note that the master suite bath is new, the bed in the back bedroom is now a queen size (previously a full), and there`s a new matching armoire there as well.

The location of this attractive home is ideal for those who wish to walk to River Street or City Market for entertainment, shops, or fine dining. Easy walking distance to all the must see highlights of the United States` largest hisotric district.

High Season: $260 ($250 with *Cash Discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $348.40 ($335 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick�s Day Week: $494 ($475 with *Cash Discount) per night

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.
