Seaview Vacation Homes, Inc., offers privately
owned rental homes and villas on the
gorgeous island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin
Islands. Our one to five bedroom homes and
villas all have fully equipped kitchens and gas
grills. Many of these properties have pools,
hot tubs, and/or air conditioning. All of our
homes and villas have ocean views, and great
tradewinds year round.
We will meet you at the dock, and escort you to
your rental home, where you will receive an
island orientation. We can assist with car
rentals and offer discounted airfare as well.

To reserve a home or villa, a 50% deposit in
the form of a check payable to the homeowner
is due within one week of making your
reservation; the balance plus security deposit
is due sixty days prior to your arrival.
