Sea Bluff is located on an oceanfront bluff. There are 2 sets of stairs that lead down to the beach, one private and one public. The private staircase is centrally located in the community, between Parliament Rd.and Tattenham Rd. The second staircase can be accessed through the walk through gate at the south end of the complex on Tattenham Rd. This staircase is the Grandview stairs.
Five units per acre is rarely seen (most complexes have 17 units per acre and half the acreage), but Sea Bluff is that rare and unusual gem.
