All transactions are done through U.S. mail. No credit cards. PayPal available. Reservations in advance are required. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. Two night minimum stay. Four night minimum June-September. Rates for holiday and special event weekends are higher. Some additional nights may be required for advanced bookings during peak and holiday times. Check-in time is 2:30 pm on your first night. Check-out is 11 am. Master bedrooms have a queen or king. No pets, no exceptions. Some villas restrict children. Parking inside the complex is provided for two cars per villa. A key is sent after full rental payment and a $100 damage/secuity deposit is received. All rates include taxes. Maps and local interest guides are available with reservations.
