This new villa near the sea has every facility including telephone,
fax, cable TV, stereo system,PC&internet, central heating, maid
service once per week, swimming pool, BBQ, billiard room,
security system. Situated in a quiet area, within a few kilometres
of the towns of Athens, N.Makri, Marathon, Artemis and near the
new International Athens airport at Spata. The location also
offers the advantage of being a quiet, uncrowded area near the
forest with views of the sea. The villa is the perfect place for
kids.The house is located near the Port of Rafina, the central
port of departures for most Greek islands. There are daily
excursions available. Many places for swimming available near
the house as well as magnificent water facilities at Schinias ( 20
km away). There is a horse riding club within 8 km and buses
and taxis serve the area. In the living room there is a billiard
table and in the garden there is a mini soccer field, children's
playground and basketball court.
The house offers everything that you need for your vacations in
Greece and many helpfull hints for what to do and where to go
are being given by the owners.An outstanding place for the most

Family very friendly but never intrusive.Rafina not populated by hordes of noisy tourist,if any at all.Mostly very friendly Greeks giving the true flavour of the region.Athens only 30 minutes away if you wish to visit but the Villa invites you just to chill out all day with a visit to the local tavernas at night. |

| | | We had really relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The villa contained all we needed and more....Our 3 boys aged 13, 10 and 8 found all the entertainment they needed with the swimming pool, table tennis, pool table and computer games. They still talk about playing football with the local boys on the adjacent 5 a side football pitch. The whole experience was warm and friendly and I would recommend the villa to anyone. |

| | | My husband and I stayed at Villa Rafina with our two young daughters over the Easter period. Villa Rafina is by far the best appointed accommodation we have found in Greece and the hospitality of Panos and his family made us feel immediately at home. The location requires a car but is in a beautiful, quiet setting with lovely views and ample space for the children to run around. Great base for exploring the area and the new motorway through Athens also meant that a day trip to the Peloponnese was achieved comfortably. We would certainly consider returning to this great villa. |

| | | A great villa for a family holiday. We took the whole house (sleeps 10) and even though the weather was warm but stormy we had a great time.
The pool table, table-tennis table and enormous TV/DVD/stereo/Cable system was fab.
Tip: Tune into Dutch TV channels for English movies every night.
Panos is very chilled and easygoing and we didn''t forfeit any of our deposit nor did he rip us off with cleaning/telephone bills. A really nice bloke.
Pool is lovely. Electricity and plumbing are of a high standard. Supermarket is only a short drive away. There are hens and a rabbit which come out to play sometimes. What else?
Only 15 mins from Athens airport. That''s about it!
Not masses to do in the area, although Artemis is a sweet small town with loads of eateries.
I recommend this for families with kids under 13; I fear older ones would be a tad bored!

It is located a short walk or bike ride from Port Rafina, in a very quiet location.

| | | We and our 3 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rafina. It was extremely convenient to the airport and located within moments of a charming fishing village. The house was beautiful and spacious. The owners were entirely warm and welcoming and provided us with every comfort we could need during our stay. Panos looked after us exceptionally well, offering lots of advise and information about Athens and the surrounding areas.
All of the facilities advertised are accurate and, in our opinion, this propery represented very good value for money.

| | | In April we stayed at the villa at Rafina Port for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit there. The villa has all of the modern amenities, exactly as advertised. Everything about it is first class. There were also plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. Mr. Panos was very helpful and a good source of information about everything available to do and see in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone planning a trip to Athens, and we would definitely stay there again ourselves. |

| | | We had a great relaxing holiday and were looked after by our host Panayotis so well, anything we needed he provided, and nothing was too much trouble. The amenities were very good and clean. Just like it says on the web site.I would recommend the villa to anybody who would love to just relax and also to those who want to do the site seeing tours of Attica and surrounding areas. The villa is far enough out of the way but near enough to Rafina and the shops All in all perfect, except the weather wasn’t that good {windy} but that’s not Panayotis fault I’m sure he would have changed that if he could!. Still a lot warmer than a cold March in Manchester UK Thanks for a great stay in your beutiful country. |

Villa Rafina is a very nice rental property. It is a three-story modern Greek house, with the owners living in the top two floors while the ground floor is the rental. The rental unit is about 100 sq. meters and is well furnished, both in furniture and in kitchen and dining implements. The unit sleeps 5 people. Bedroom #1 has a bed that is larger than an American Queen-size bed but smaller than an American Kind-size. Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds with a third trundle bed underneath. The house is located in the country, surrounded by vineyards, and is quiet. It is also convenient to Athens and is a jumping-off place for expeditions to the Peloponnese, Delphi, closer historical sites such as Sunion and Marathonas, and the Greek Islands. The town of Rafina is a seaport and it has a beach, although a nicer, private beach is located near the house. Rafina does not have a jumping nightlife but does have good tavernas and restaurants, particularly near the port section of town. While the rental unit is very nice the strong point of the arrangement is the owner, Panos. He is a young, gregarious man who tries very hard to make his guests welcome and comfortable. He can and will arrange almost anything for you and he will supply as much or as little advice on Greece and touring as you want. In the typical Greek fashion he is also linked into a network of friends, acquaintances and relatives, each of whom has some personal capability of interest to tourists. So, go to Villa Rafina and have as much fun as we did during our two-week stay. Enjoy the historical and archaeological sites, and remember that everything happens on Greek Standard Time, slower than other time zones, except for museums, which may close early if they have bothered opening at all.

| | | I can''t say enough about this place.A beautifully maintained property with all the little extras to make it an ideal place to spend a relaxing week or two. Loads of things to keep kids of all ages occupied,a great little soccer pitch and brand new basketball court if you''re feeling energetic or a full size pool table or Playstation games if you''re not the outdoor type.A large pool and barbecue area link the villa to the soccer pitch.The interior of the villa is spacy and modern,with all the electrical gadgets to make you feel at home.I would recommend this villa to anybody and enjoyed my stay here greatly. Panos,the property''s owner,was fantastic.Very friendly and with a nice sense of humour,he was the perfect host to us and we enjoyed his company on a couple of evenings.If there was anything we wanted,all we had to do was ask Panos and he came up the goods,be it a chess set,information about the area or even finding somewhere for us to stay in Athens for the weekend.So there you have it,a wonderful villa and a great bloke to help you enjoy it.

| | | Colin Wood and family stayed for two weeks at Villa Rafina and enjoyed it very much - accommodation excellent, swimming pool superb, better than a lot of hotels. Three boys aged 12, nine and six certainly took advantage of that fine facility and also the pool table and television and video.
