It is impossible to get closer to the ocean! One condo actually steps onto the beach! And the beach is private and this year we have added a sea wall which makes it safer for swimming and fabulous for snorkeling. Watch the pelicans, sunsets and dolphins from your bedroom. All rooms face the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves is the only sound! We are located just 8 minutes from Puerto Vallarta on the south side. We have three luxury condos. We will rent separately or together. Each condo sleeps 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedrooms both have king size beds. There is daily maid service and 24 hour security. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is a living room, dining area, balcony, and Direct Satellite TV with VCR and telephone in each unit. Come visit our slice of paradise and yes, be our guest!
Next door, there is a particularly useful shop where you can buy everyday necessities including food.

The calendar shown is for #33. CONDOS ARE LOCATED JUST EIGHT MINUTES (BY CAR) FROM PV ON THE SOUTH SIDE!!Please note that we will give reduced rates to groups for rental of all condos. Please contact Joanna. Check in time is 4.00pm and check out time is noon - we are flexible for late check out if there is no same day booking. Our condos are in the same building, one is on the bottom floor and steps onto the beach and is on one level. There are two, two bedroom condos that are next to each other, each with a spiral staircase. All the condos are fully renovated with new tile and furniture. There is new air conditioning in all the condos. Our building, Solamar is located next to the Costa Vida complex, which has a convenient grocery store, restaurant, bar and cabs are readily available

A very attractive beautifully decorated condo in a quiet area. Met our needs just south of the busy area. Enjoyed watching the herring, birds and dolphins from the balacony. Very secure atmosphere with excellent maid service. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

A truly beautiful accomodation---comfortable, spacious,lovely decorator touches. Location is ideal, away from the bustle in the best area south of town. Waves break right under the balcony. The property is secure, The staff helpful and friendly. For my husband and me, it''s paradise in PV.

We had an excellent time. This condo is the closest to the beach you can get. Very convenient, you don''t need to drag all your stuff to the beach. Just walk up a few stairs to your unit. Not near the nightlife, which is a positive for us. If you want close access to the beach, and a quiet suburban atmosphere, this is it.
