> Just want to thank you for renting your lovely home to us. We had such a fun time in the snow. The house is perfect for the children; they particularly liked the two rows of twin beds. All four of them slept up there. We especially appreciated the house layout where the children can be downstairs in the family rooms playing race car games (thank you for having the Sega system with kid-friendly games), as the parents enjoyed the woodburning stove and adult's conversation. And when the children are happy, the parents, especially their moms, are happy. Your house is so well equiped with everything that it feels like home for us. The drive from the Bay area to Sugar Pine is perfect, it took us only 2.5 hrs. from our house in Mt. View, CA. It was a wonderful first skiing trip for our family and we really appreciated you renting the lovely house to us. |

We had a wonderful weekend in Sugar Pine (2/1/02-2/3/02). Prior to our trip, I was somewhat hesitant about spending a whole weekend with 15 pre-teen Girl Scouts, 5 moms, and my poor husband. However, all worked out great! The cabin was perfect - lots of room for all 21 of us. The weather also cooperated quite nicely. On Saturday, we took 7 girls up to Dodge Ridge - 6 snowboarded and 1 skied. The 4 adult chaperones had fun skiing too. The remaining 8 girls (and 2 moms) enjoyed the day tubing and sledding at Leland Meadows.

"I loved the whole entire cabin! It was so roomy! The 3rd story was cool because of how the roof was shaped like a triangle. The whole place felt like home." Shannon D.
"The whole thing was fun. I enjoyed the snow boarding lesson - except for when I fell holding onto the rope and got caught, he he. Um...yeah, I had A LOT OF FUN!!" Chelsea K.
"I liked the snowboarding lessons and the snowboarding thing. I also liked the house." Kelly V.
"I enjoyed going to the snow park. (I don't write a whole lot of stuff.)" Katie P.
"I liked the snow park. I also liked the cabin." Chelsea D.
"I liked the hot shower after my day of snowboarding. I liked sleeping downstairs but I didn't like it when everybody woke me up at 8:30 AM by the coffee grinder. Otherwise, the cabin was awesome." Michelle S.
"Okay. I loved the house. Except when I hit my head and fell down the stairs. That wasn't cool. I liked the snow fight and the snow park. My fav part was taking pictures of people. We should do it again!" Dana J.

What a great place to stay! Plenty of room for a gathering of friends or family. We had a fabulous weekend of skiing, sledding and just having fun. We definitely will return! |

We loved this place! It is our "home away from home". I look forward to the total relaxation and getting away . The most difficult part is the decision of staying in and enjoying the cabin, go for a walk , set on the deck or go into Sonora, Columbia etc. The owners have taken great care to make your visit as relaxing as possible. It's a wonderful place to meet with family with all the comforts of home. I can't wait to stay there for an entire week. |

The cabin is spacious and comfortable. The setting is lovely. We ate all our meals on the deck. The place is clean and well-appointed, and all applicances were in good shape. Our family had a WONDERFUL time and will certainly come back again, hopefully many times. |

This was our first time staying in this area and really enjoyed the cabin, lake and the general atmosphere. There were a lot of us too. Sometimes up to 23 people, but we were comfortable and had a great time! |

We stayed one week at the cabin and had a wonderful time. It was close enough for us to enjoy Big Trees, Columbia, and Yosemite. And the private lake was a BIG plus. The owners were great to work with and the cabin is comfortable and homey. We give this place an A++!! |

The Sugarpine Cabin has plenty of space and is very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with all the amenities available. Food and a change of clothes is all you'll need to start your get away. The surrounding locals and services are very friendly. We will definitely be back! |

Great Place. Excellent Condition. Lot's of fun stuff, cable TV and SEGA. If you have a medium sized party this is the cabin -- sleeps lots!!!! Good restaurants close by! |
