Oceanside Village is a private community 5 miles south of Myrtle Beach where renters have access to an indoor and outdoor pool, four lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area, 5 stocked fishing lakes, a lounge on the beach and 24 hour security. A golf cart is also included with each unit for the price of $100.00 per week for those trips to and from the beach.

	The upstairs unit is a fully furnished house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, enclosed porch, 10' x 28' deck, dishwasher, central air, stove, refridgerator, disposal, microwaave, separate dining room, kitchen / living room combination, 25 color TV / VCR,DVD and phone.		The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV,vcr, and outside entrance. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed,tv, vcr, Pots, pans, dishes, washer / dryer, silverware, etc.Free use of golf cart. You will need to furnish your own towels and clean unit prior to check-out.
	The downstairs unit is a 1 bedroom with king size bed walk in closet, 27 color tv,dvd player, living-room and kitchen combination, double futon in the living room, dishwasher, disposal, central air / heat, pots, pans, dishes, refridgerator, microwave, stove, silverware,11' x 15' deck washer/dryer,free use of golf. You will need to furnish your own towels and clean unit prior to check-out.
