Enjoy the idyllic peacefulness of our lagoon-front Beachwalk
villa. It is on the corner of the top floor (2nd floor) with a
grand vista. It has everything, including the perfect location –
close to the best beach on Hilton Head Island, the Crowne Plaza
Resort, Van Der Meer Racquet Club with an hour of FREE tennis
every day on over 20 courts available, health club, and beach
clubhouse - all within a very short walk, about 5 minutes.
The villas are called “Beachwalk” because they are the closest
ones to the beach in our plantation. Spend the day walking on the
beach, dine at the 4-star Crowne Plaza Resort, use their health
club, play tennis, play golf, swim in the ocean or in the private
Beachwalk pool across from the villa, shop at Coligny Plaza or at
any of the malls, go sailing, go fishing, enjoy a bike ride on a
network of bike paths, picnic on the beach, go to the brand new
library, visit the Arts Center, take in a play or concert, see
dolphins, exotic tropical birds, alligators, endangered loggerhead
turtles, and dine at over 200 restaurants on the island.
If you time your visit right you can attend the WorldCom Classic golf
tournament or hear the International Piano competition, but Hilton
Head Island’s famous championship golf courses and tennis courts
are open year-round. We provide many discounts to our guests,
including golf and shopping discounts. At home relax with cable
TV, VCR, stereo, and Internet hookup. We are inside a gated
community with 24-hour security.
Our tastefully decorated villa has two bedrooms and two full
baths. Linens are provided for the king-sized bed and two twin
beds. One of the sofas in the living room is a sleep sofa, so
there is room to sleep six. The ample eat-in kitchen is fully
stocked with everything you would need: dishwasher, microwave,
Jenn-Air stove, toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender, dishes, pans
and flatware. Enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of both the lagoon
and golf fairway from the long L-shaped balcony with umbrella
dining table and BBQ, from the interior living and dining areas,
and even from the kitchen. But the best part of staying at
Beachwalk is, of course, the beach!
Please, no smoking except outdoors on the balcony, and no pets.
(We suffer from allergies, and so do some of our other guests!)
