My vacation home is a chalet-style home with southern exposure. It has a large gable end window wall in the great room facing the lake. There are fantastic views of the lake and mountains from the great room, dining area, kitchen and loft balcony.

The house has two bedrooms downstairs, a large sleeping bedroom/loft up stairs. It has both a queen and full size beds, two twin size beds, a full-size futon and queen-size sleep sofa. The Large Great room has a window wall overlooking the Lake. Full Kitchen, bathroom and full walk out cellar - about 1200 square feet of living area. The house is new construction and has a fantastic view of both Lakes and Mountains. The private beach has both sun and shady areas, Access to snowmobile and cross country trails...

IN THE SUMMER WEATHER
free use of canoe. We ask that you be able to swim and that you use the life vests provided if you choose to use the canoe. Also you do so at your own risk. The Lake is great for swimming the water is very clean and is considered a warm water lake in N.H.

PLACES TO GO - THINGS TO DO
For kids and adults: the Polar Caves in Plymouth; The Lost River, Clarks Trading Post, Loon Mountain Park, The Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch, The Whales Tail water park, all in Lincoln. For avid outdoors types: White Mountains National Forest a stone's throw away for hiking; numerous lakes for fishing;, bike path in Franconia Notch; Route 3 and scenic back roads for drives and biking. Golfing close by! For snow lovers: skiing at Tenney Mountain (5 minutes away), Loon and Waterville Valley & snowmobiling right from the door. One popular activity seem to be just relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunshine.

WHERE YOU'LL FIND IT . . .
About two hours from Boston in central New Hampshire. Loon Lake sits serenely at the foot of the White Mountains, just north of the largest New Hampshire lakes and just south of the entrance to Franconia Notch. The lake and my house are conveniently located ten minutes from Route 93 in the college town of Plymouth.
