This clean, bright two-bedroom/1.5 bath condo is efficiently designed and conveniently located. It is just a seven-minute walk to River Run lifts and downtown Ketchum, plus the local free shuttle stops nearby (only one stop away from River Run lifts).
There are three levels, with the living area and kitchen located on the ground floor. The second floor provides the master bedroom with full bath with bridgeable twins. On the top floor there is a guest room with bridgeable twins, and a half-bath.
This condo has 2 TV’s, 2 DVD’s, 2 VCR’s, and microwave, and the kitchen is fully equipped. A patio downstairs provide fresh air and beautiful Baldy views. There is a year round hot tub on the premises, and an on-site laundry facility. This unit does not have internet access. To help maintain this property, we are not able to permit smoking or pets.
