This 930-square-foot one bedroom / one bath condo is conveniently located at the base of Dollar Mountain. It is an open, sunny unit surrounded by trees with a balcony facing north. The balcony has a new BBQ grill and a table with seating for four.
There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom plus queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The dining area has a pine table and seating for six. The well-equipped kitchen includes coffeepot, blender, four-slice toaster, full-size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are four color TVs, two VCRs, stereo, ironing board and iron. A wood-burning fireplace with a gas starter provides a cozy ambience.
There is a washer and dryer facility on premises and this unit has access to Snow Creek complex amenities; summertime pool/hot tub, winter hot tub. No Sun Valley Resort amenities. This unit does NOT have Internet access. This is a smoke free property and sorry no pets are allowed.
