Great location & views! This cozy, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath 1,600 square foot townhouse is located close to central Ketchum, allowing guests both the convenience of walking to nearby restaurants and shops and wonderful mountain views.
The guest bedrooms are located on the main floor near the entryway. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen sized log bed and television. A double queen log bunk bed and private bath plus a washer/dryer complete this level.
Upstairs guests will enjoy vaulted ceilings and plush seating surrounding a wood burning fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare a nice meal to enjoy in the delightful dining area, with seating for 8 and two bay windows with window seats. At the opposite end of the second floor is a semi-private den with a sectional sofa and entertainment center and access to the balcony with bbq grill and wonderful Baldy views.
This unit has a single car garage for guest use and is located just a mile from the new YMCA. Guests may purchase short term passes at very reasonable rates and enjoy this outstanding facility. To help maintain the beauty of this property no pets or smoking are allowed.

| | | The location worked out well being so close to downtown and being able to walk to the stores. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable and it was especially nice looking out the windows and seeing the hang gliders soaring above the mountains

We literally parked the car for the entire stay and walked to everything (and rode, we were there to mountain bike). I would gladly book into the same complex next time. | | | We have stayed in this house the last two years and love it! We love how roomy it is, we love being able to bar-b-que in the evening and that the bedrooms stay so cool at night. It's so clean and has everything that you need. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and enjoying all of the shops and restaurants too! We will be back for sure!!
