This fabulous 3 Bedroom home is located less than a two minute walk to the ocean and is just one block to Paseo del Carmen, the newest shopping plaza in Playa del Carmen. You will not have go far to find a great selection of some of the finest shops, hippest bars and best restaurants that the town has to offer, as well as the dock where you can board the ferry to Cozumel Island. Although Villa Coral is so close to town, you will feel a world away. This private home has lush manicured grounds and a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi which is accented with boulders and natural rock. Located at the end of a private cul-de-sac and next door to the tennis court, you need only walk a short path beside a genuine Mayan ruin in order to reach the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

Villa Coral will truly enchant you exactly as the name implies. Built by a well known Mexican architect for his private use only, it has just now become available for rental. You will be impressed by the many details not usually found in vacation homes. This Spanish style villa has gorgeous beams which adorn the ceilings, marble floors and countertops, a stereo sound system throughout the house as well as outside by the pool, and even a built in bar beside the main living area. Also on the main floor is the full service kitchen, a small dining nook in addition to the main dining area, a half bath and a studio with trundle bed.
Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with King Bed and a full bath with private Jacuzzi where you can relax while enjoying a view of the ocean, a Guest Bedroom with Queen Size Bed and full bath, and a third Bedroom with full bath and Twin Beds which can be converted to King, if previously requested. Villa Coral has ceiling fans throughout the house, is fully air conditioned and for your entertainment is equipped with Satellite TV.

| | | We've just returned from Playa Del Carmen. The Villa Coral was wonderful and is now our place of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and when we elect to return to Playa Del Carmen we'll contact you again. The (PLAYA BEACH RENTALS) management staff were very attentive and provided an excellent service. The house is approximately 50 yards from the beach and easy walking distance to all of the restaurants on or adjacent to 5th Avenue. .
Who ever the owner of Villa Coral is - should be commended for their taste in decorations. The house was clean and the maid service (as well as pool service) was very good. Once again, it was a most enjoyable visit!

| | | Our stay at Villa Coral was absolutely wonderful. The location of this house is perfect! You are only a two minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to town. The home itself is gorgeous! Wonderful backyard, pool, and the interior decor of the house is beautiful... simple and elegant. I especially loved the detail of the dome brick ceilings.
Renting the home was simple and easy. Everyone at Playa Beach Rentals was very helpful. I was assisted initially by Pato (Reservations Manager) who was very kind and helpful. Then before our stay I comunicated mostly with the Office Assistant who provided exceptional service! She was very polite, professional and helpful. She answered all our questions and concerns promptly. Then there was Carlos Guest Relations who visited us upon arrival and answered any questions we had about the home. He was very pleasant and took care of any concerns we had.

| | | Thanks to you our family had a marvelous time living luxuriously at Villa Coral and Casa Orilla del Mar. Your service and attention to detail was excellent and most professional.
Villa Coral was fantastic and the location perfect for us. Just steps away from Avenida 5, we found Villa Coral most convenient to shop, dine and walk on Ave. 5 or get to the ferry to Cozumel. The villa was like a little estate nestled securely within exclusive Playacar. We felt safe and the grounds were beautifully manicured with colorful flowers blooming everywhere. With the pool in the backyard, tennis courts next door, ancient Mayan Ruins across the street and the Caribbean a few feet beyond we were in heaven.
Our only regret - we didn't bring our friends and their families with us for a longer stay.
