This beautiful home is in the mountains over-looking the Wapiti Valley. Located approximately half-way between Cody and Yellowstone National Park, the property is convenient for shopping, dining and entertainment or for those headed to the park. The house is very quiet and private and offers you the chance to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy your vacation in peace!
Note: Property is approximately 2.5 miles up a dirt and gravel road that is steep and rough in a few spots. We have easily driven up it in front-wheel drive cars, but some vehicles may not be suited for it and some drivers may not be comfortable with it.
No landline phone available but cell phone coverage is strong.

Please note: pricing is based on an occupancy rate of four guests. Additional guests are $10 per person, per day. During winter months the home is available but only for longer stays of 21 days or more.

Please note the following additional fees apply to every rental:
- An 8% lodging tax is assessed on your rent rate.
- A cleaning fee is charged based on the size of the unit.
- A $39 security deposit provides $3,000 in damage protection during your stay. You may decline this charge, but will be assessed a minimum $250 refundable deposit.
