Breyer's Monthly Rentals have 8 cottages, of which, 3 overlook the lake. We have 5 month rentals available , starting the middle of May into the middle of October. We will rent for 3 month minimum No single months or Unless single months happen to be available. The rentals have a covered patio overlooking the lake, a shuffleboard and a sandy area adults can suntan. The patio,picnic tables, shuffleboard,cooking grills and campfire area are shared by everyone in the cottages. Quiet time is 11:00 P.M. There is a dock and screw in anchors to accommodate boats up to 24 feet long. Boats and motors for fishing, jet ski rentals, pontoon boat rentals are available nearby.

Spectacular Sunrise and Sunsets - Golf courses nearby. Public beach and boat launch is one street over.The cottages have double beds and full kitchens Docking facilities for your boat.Great Walleye, Northern Pike, bass and bluegill fishing.

Property Notes and Additional Information

Deposit required on monthly rentals. 1st/Last and a 50% Security Deposit is required. We will be renting from the middle of May to the middle of October 2005 for a 3 month minimum.We might rent for a single month if there happens to be a month available. A lease, references and credit checks will be required. We will rent for these months and for a minumum of three months preferred. NO PETS PLEASE. Money orders, Cashiers Checks or cash only.
