Just north of San Pedro, our full-service beachfront resort is directly on the beach, a pristine, white sandy beach with lounges and hammocks and lush tropical vegetation We have an award-winning freshwater swimming pool environment with a lap area, jacuzzi and swim-up and sit-down pool bars; a fleet of bicycles available for $5 a day; complimentary kayaks; a beach volleyball court and a tennis court, for free play; a private dock w/activities center, for guest pickups by guides; a gift shop; wi-fi internet access; massage services; child care services; safe deposit boxes in each unit; laundry facilities, both valet and coin-operated; and knowledgeable, caring, on-site staff to arrange all excursions, including Mayan ruins explorations, cave tubing, fishing, snorkeling and dive trips with experienced, certified guidemasters. We also have a highly-regarded, full-service, three-meals-a-day, drink-specials-every-day restaurant/sports lounge, The Upper Deck, with dramatic, 360-degree views of the Caribbean and island lagoon. You can also cook in if you like, in your fully-equipped kitchen, shopping at San Pedro supermarkets or ordering provisions to be stocked in your unit for your arrival. Golf cart rentals also available on site.
Our accommodations are quality units, fully air-conditioned and fully furnished, including all linens, and are adaptable to differing guest needs. Beach-level units provide queen-sized beds, and each unit also has a full-sized, comfortable sleep sofa in the living room. Upper-level units, besides a queen bed in the bedroom, have a second sleep sofa on the loft; these units can accommodate up to four adults or a couple with 2-3 children. Upper and lower units can also be connected, providing both privacy and easy sociability for families and couples traveling together.
All units provide satellite TV, have private terraces facing the sea, and there is free maid service every day except on Sundays. Importantly, we have our own powerboat and crew, for free guest pickups in San Pedro. Water taxis and ferries take guests back and forth to San Pedro several times a day -- it's a fun 15-minute ride along the shorefront to the center of Town. Thus our guests have quiet and privacy when they want it, as well as easy access to the many pleasures of San Pedro whenever they seek it.
Registration by phone is invited, or via our website, by accessing a booking form accessible on the opening screen of our direct website. Our cancellation policy is detailed there as well. Confirmations are immediate, followed by considerable emailed information to help travelers prepare for their trip and optimize their time on the island. We will book your connecting flights from Belize International to San Pedro on the island, and, again, important to your comfort and ease of transition, we will meet you at the San Pedro airport and bring you to the resort, at our cost. You will be welcomed at our private dock, helped with your luggage (all along the way), and escorted to your unit.

These per-night unit rates, for 2012 and 2013, are in U.S. dollars, and are for double occupancy. They reflect significant discounts off our published rates. Please query for additional complimentary offerings. Additional adult occupants in any unit add $25 per night; children under 12 add no cost. Ages 13-17 add $15 per night. There is a 9% government room tax in 2011 (12.5% in 2013), and a 6% service charge on the discounted rates. A 20% deposit is required for all bookings, or full payment for arrivals within 45 days from booking.
