$300.00 Deposit Required Upon Making Reservations To Be Returned Within 30 Days Of Departure.
A THIRTY-DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR RETURN OF DEPOSIT.
NO PETS ALLOWED, PLEASE! Evidence of pet will result in loss of deposit.
Security/Damage deposits are fully refundable if property is left in good condition. Deposit returned in 30 days by mail after check out.
Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Check in 2:00pm - Check out 10:00am. All rates are subject to 10% lodging tax.
Please bring linens, towels & paper products.
We rent weekends, or daily rentals during off-season. Email for rates.
