It has a fully equiped modern kitchen, garage,2 large screen cable TV's,WiFi, laundry room, fre linens patio, fireplace and barbecue. Your family of 6 will find all that you need to enjoy the sand and sun on Balboa Island.
Balboa Island is located in Newport Harbor and encircled by a lovely boardwalk. The sandy beach is four houses away. A short two minute ferry ride lets you walk across the Newport Harbor to the Ocean.
All southern Clifornia Attractions are easy to travel to from Balboa Island. (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm,Fasion Island, South Coast Plaza, Golf and Tennis etc..)

We can only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Please go to our home page link to find the exact weeks available and the price for that specific week.
We do require a deposit, Newport Beach tax, and a cleaning fee.

Summer is our big season, but the other seasons are lovely on Balboa Island, and the off season prices are a deal!
