Balboa Island is a sun washed island paradise that is still somewhat of a wonderful secret. It remains a haven with a small town intimacy. A place where you can still walk in safety everywhere, any time night or day and where children can play exuberantly on the beaches. Take a stroll to the historic Balboa Island Ferry and ride across the Bay to the Peninsula and Balboa Fun Zone, or rent a bicycle to cruise the oceanfront world famous Boardwalk. Stop for a beer at Blackie’s an authentic beach bar, or ride to the Studio Café and spend an afternoon listening to jazz. There is so much to see and do and so little time. It is all here, come experience a perfect vacation. You will never want to leave…but you are always welcome to return.
For an unusual vacation; step back in time, relax, and enjoy Island living at its best. Balboa Island Cottage is comprised of BayView and SeaBreeze; both upstairs and downstairs flats are sunny, charming, and spacious with Balboa Island water views.
BayView will sleep up to six people with a master bedroom, a ship Captains sleeping quarters, and a library bedroom with a queen sofa bed.
SeaBreeze will sleep up to six people with three bedrooms; a queen bed, two twins/king, and a double bed.
