50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date(s).
Remaining payment required eight weeks before occupancy.
Upon receipt of the deposit a rental agreement will be mailed to guarantee the dates and the receipt of the deposit.

We arrived at Bajahouse at 6:00 p.m. just as the sun sunk into the view from the windows facing the Pacific. Our group was overcome with the beauty of the scene; some even screamed with delight. The photos on the web site cannot do justice to the setting. It''s hard to imagine a more pleasant experience than that which we had at Bajahouse. The people nearby, the
services in Ensenada, the nearby shops and Irene''s team were all excellent.
As we prepared to leave, our only thought was when we could return.
