The townhome sleeps up to 6 persons. Cable t.v. in all three bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Fully fitted kitchen with cooking utensils and crockery also supplied. Large family room with TV and DVD player. The patio area is not overlooked and has a luxury 6 person hot tub/spa with scenic views of the lush tropical conservation area. The Resort has a welcoming clubhouse, communal pool, spa, gym, basketball, volleyball, tennis, theatre, children’s` pool and playground, games room, sundry shop and shuttle bus to theme parks and more. This home is ideal for retired seniors looking for a winter retreat or couples who want an out of season vacation break. Families with children choose our Orlando home because there is so much to enjoy within the home and the resort when not at the parks.
This home complies with all hygeine and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety.

Florida Vacation Rental Homes
All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.
Check-in time: 4PM
Check-out time: 10AM
Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times.
If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest specials etc.
Please contact us for our latest rates and deals, including discounted stays of over one month.
You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total. This cover is optional but recommended.
Please contact us for details if interested. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal and all major credit cards.
Pool heat is recommended October through April dependent on ambient temperature.
