This is a lovely beach home with a bungalow on the other side of the large pool. This is for rental of both units, but the main house can be rented separate with no rental of the bungalow (see WHSA).
2/1 in main house with large living/dining area with a sofa sleeper and newly remodeled kitchen. It is very open and warm with a king bedroom (washer and dryer) and guest bedroom (3 twins) sharing a full bathroom. TVs are in both bedrooms.
French doors open to nice size covered patio area by the pool from both the master bedroom and dining area.
On the other side of the pool is a cute bungalow with tropical queen bedroom and the living room sofa is also a sofa sleeper with cable TV, little dining area, bathroom and kitchenette (has everything but a stove). Both houses have flat screen TVs.
The pool area is terrific. Lots of furniture for laying out or sitting around enjoying a barbeque and time with friends or family. Don`t forget - you are 1/2 block from the beach and a popular palapa bar - Wanna Wanna!
