Deluxe Villa with Ideal Location
Villas Sacbe Unit 8 is a luxurious 3-story penthouse in an intimate group of 12 condominiums located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. On 1st Avenue between 12th Street and 14th Street, you are about a block from the beach and 25 meters from a multitude of shops and restaurants in the most enchanting portion of Fifth Avenue. With over 50 restaurants within 4 blocks of the villa and 2 supermarkets within walking distance, there is no need for a car in Playa. The nearby beach is nearly perfect for children and adults alike gradually sloping white sand with gentle waves in the turquoise water. Just around the point to the north, the beach near Mamitas is a little piece of paradise.
The unique architecture includes 2-story windows overlooking the central courtyard and swimming pool, curved walls and open spiral staircase, and a palapa roof over the third bedroom. Interior features include Tikul stone on all floors, a custom kitchen island and 6 stools, and striking local paintings and sculptures.
Also popular with guests is the custom kitchen island where everyone gravitates to for food and drink. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing full dinners as well as lighter meals, with full-size stainless steel gas stove and oven. Cook service may be reserved, but with the vast array of nearby restaurants the temptation to go out on the town for meals is nearly irresistible!
The living room provides comfortable seating for 8, and is equipped with cable TV, DVD, and stereo. Two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, which of course has a private bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with cable TV and DVD. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds that can be made up as a king, and has virtually private use of the hallway bathroom. The third bedroom is a loft above the rooftop terrace that has a double bed and a small balcony with the best view in Villas Sacbe. It uses the bathroom on the main (middle) floor. Finally, the sectional couch in the living room can be used to sleep two, if desired, either in two twin beds or a king.
Your favorite sleeping spot may not be any of the comfortable bedrooms, but instead it just may be under the sun on the private rooftop terrace! Paradise!

| | | We had a wonderful vacation! The condo is gorgeous! We loved the marble throughout. The location is perfect--only one block from the beach and one block from 5th avenue. It was so nice to have the full kitchen and washer and dryer right in the condo. The free calls to the U.S. was a great convenience. We enjoyed the huge DVD selection. We definitely had all the comforts of home. We'll definitely be back!

| | | The best vacation spot that I have ever been to. Owner has gone all out with top notch accomodations. This place has been
furnished to accomodate singles, families and the business person who needs to do a little work while they are on vacation.
Beach access is just across the street and shopping, restaurants and entertainment on the other side of the street. No need
to rent a car as everything is within walking distance. If you feel like venturing outside of the city you can easily grab
a cab or a bus to any of the nearby attractions.

| | | We had a great time at your villa. It worked out ideally for our three generation crew. Your cleaning service is phenomenal - so thorough and diligent. We loved the big beach towels and the plethora of other towels. We went to the beach every day - down to the Azul Profundo and to the left, sometimes beyond the point and the pier, and sometimes in front of the large hotel. What a great beach. Ideal temperature, right sized waves. We ended up liking the guacamole and other food from Maria's, right below your complex and to the right.
Your bathrooms are terrific - luxurious, clean, well thought through. We took the Cooperativa buses down to Tulum and back - hired a local guide there. Also hired two taxis to take us down to one of the snorkeling parks (Ya Hun? - the one where you can't wear any sunscreen) - wonderful snorkeling, ideal for our 4 year old, 6 year old and 9 year old grandsons. Shopped on Fifth Avenue; hired a small fishing boat - took to a local restaura |

| | | Our stay at Villa Scabe 8 was a dream come true! This was the first time that we took our children to Playa del Carmen and they loved the Villa so much that they didn't want to leave! The Playa Beach Rental staff was WONDERFUL - I asked alot of questions and they were always prompt in responding, fun to deal with and had lots of great suggestions. We will be returning to Playa next February and we hope that this beautiful Villa is available. We have told everyone about this wonderful place and the great staff, so look forward to getting calls!
